CHINATOWN Sept 14th 2008 Labels: FSV, mid autumn festival hee hee.. my amatuerish photo-taking skills of the festivals. Break fast at McDonald's after our Casting Session 2 at Esplanade. Hui Min join me, JJ and Calvin for dessert. Tsk made us walk so so so far but the dessert shop she wanna recommend us CLOSED! ROFLZ Hui Min wasn't feeling well that day. She puked while walking around the streets. Calvin kept talking in Malay. That drove Hui Min crazy. JJ was happily taking pictures of the festival without a care in the world. That made Calvin annoyed. And me? I was contented with my fave digicam.

fate?destiny?luck?a sign from above?some message i have to decipher?*shrugs* But it seemed to happen whenever I'm feeling lonely and sad... A month ago, i met a young and funky cab driver who wanted to be friends with me. Turned out that he might want to pursue further than friendship. Lolz Funny guy reminds me lots of Edwin. At least Edwin knows when to stop bothering me but this guy doesn't. haiz. Was a nice guy to talk to at first but in the end, turned out to be a prick when he kept calling to ask for a meet up when i told him multiples times that i'm busy with school work and family issues at the moment.How did i meet him? At the taxi stand at NUH in the afternoon. Took his cab to school so we chat merrily. Kinda enjoyed it coz it took my mind off work and the melancholy in me. So we exchanged contacts. Today seemed to be another one of those days... How did i meet him? In 197 double deck bus. (curse it. i forgot to take note of the bus plate no.) Right after Shuhui alighted at her stop (Tiong Bahru), he came to sit down next to me and asked me bout my nintendo DS. Stunned. So i replied him and smiled. We sat together talking bout mindless and mundane stuff -- friends, families, primary and secondary school, further studies, part-time work. And it got to the exchange of contacts again. Deja Vu. Said my goodbyes to him and alighted at Cycle & Carriage bus stop. Felt a lil reluctant to leave his company no matter how awkward it was. Probably it is the curiosity to know more bout this new companion who popped out from nowhere. But i need to get back to my family. Maybe i'm just thinking too much. But the weird thing is, they're both Malay guys... In conclusion, both of these Malay guys happened to be there for me in times of need when the closest people are not around me at all. A miracle? Maybe...
